CommBox Experience not switching on

Known Issue: CommBox Experience Failing to Switch On

We are aware of a known issue causing CommBox Experience to fail under certain circumstances. A fix for this issue will be included in an upcoming firmware release.

Issue: If you have attempted to switch on CommBox Experience and it has not activated—or if it has resulted in a blank screen—please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Workaround:

  • Open the CommBox Experience app ensure that it is toggled OFF.

  • Click Save and Exit

  • Open the Settings app.

    • Scroll down and tap on System.

    • Tap on Gestures.

    • Tap on Navigation Mode.

    • Select Traditional Navigation.

  • Open CommBox Experience again and toggle Experience back on.

  • Click Save and Exit.
