CommBox Experience not switching on
Known Issue: CommBox Experience Failing to Switch On
We are aware of a known issue causing CommBox Experience to fail under certain circumstances. A fix for this issue will be included in an upcoming firmware release.
Issue: If you have attempted to switch on CommBox Experience and it has not activated—or if it has resulted in a blank screen—please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Workaround:

Open the CommBox Experience app ensure that it is toggled OFF.
- Click Save and Exit

Open the Settings app.

Scroll down and tap on System.

Tap on Gestures.

Tap on Navigation Mode.

Select Traditional Navigation.

Open CommBox Experience again and toggle Experience back on.

Click Save and Exit.
