Can I use SSO or existing email to log into CommBox Manage?

No, you cannot use your organisation's emails as logins for CommBox Manage. An email address is required to link to the IT Manager. For example, john.doe7@***.***.edu.au cannot use this email address to log into his CommBox Manage account, he would have to use 'john@schoolname' to log in to his organisation's account named 'school name'. His Department of Education email is linked to the administration side of his account though.
