How to access your cloud drives (OneDrive or GoogleDrive) on CommBox Classic
Easily access and save files to your Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive directly from your CommBox Classic screen

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Log in to your CommBox Account on the screen. Find out how here.
💡 Tip: You only need to log in once per session. Your cloud drives stay connected until you log out.
Step 2
Once logged in, your Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive accounts are automatically synced.
💡 Tip: If you have logged into CommBox OS Account with your Microsoft Credentials, then your OneDrive will be connected automatically. If you have logged in with your Google credentials, then your Google Drive will be connected automatically.
Step 3
Open the Cloud Files app from the home screen or side menu.

You’ll see both cloud drives listed and ready to use.

Tap to browse, open, or save files.
Step 4
To access your cloud files in the CommBox Whiteboard:

Tap the folder icon to open a file. Go to Cloud Drives and your cloud drive files will be there.

Tap the save icon to save directly to your OneDrive or Google Drive.
This makes it easy to pick up where you left off—whether you’re at your desk or using another screen.
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

Can’t see your cloud drives?
Make sure you’re logged in to your CommBox OS Account. -
Changes not syncing?
Check your internet connection. A stable network is required for syncing. -
Security pop-up or permissions issue?
You may need to re-authenticate or check your organisation’s cloud policies.
