No, you cannot use your organisation's emails as logins for CommBox manage. An email address is required to link to the IT Manager. For example, john.doe7@det.nsw.edu.au cannot use this email address to log into his CommBox Manage account, he would have to use 'john@schoolname' to log in to his organisation's account named 'school name'. His Department of Education email is linked to the administration side of his account though.
