The settings tab is located at the bottom left of the screen. Here you are able to make changes to your account password, add in multifactor authentication, view your account details, manage users (if you have management access), and download the Fusion Player App.
Permission group settings are only for advanced license holders. You are able to set up additional user permission and tags to control what each individual user can see. From within the permission groups tab, you are able to add a new permission group, duplicate or delete a group.
'Add permission' allows you to set a name, and specify the access that group can have to your portal such as view, view and modify or create.
Once you save and continue, you are able to select individual elements to further refine the permissions such as group a specific screen or media folder which will mean they will only have access to those specifics.
You can use the tagging system to filter based on your set tags. Tags can be set on Media Library Folders, Playlists, schedules and screens.
