My touch screen isn't displaying my computer properly?

Check HDMI and USB A to B cables are connected from the computer directly into the corresponding inputs on the touch panel. The location of the HDMI and USB inputs and the location of the graphics card can differ for each computer. Press the 'windows' key and the 'P' key on your computer keyboard to bring up the display settings; select duplicate.
Make sure the aspect of the computer monitor you have is a widescreen 16:9 ratio. Right-click on your computer desktop and select display settings.
Once display settings open scroll down to display resolution and filter through the different display resolution options until the image fills the entire screen and the touch works correctly.
