If you suspect a fault with any CommBox product you can create a ticket. If the case is lodged before 3pm on a business day, you will receive a return call the same day to diagnose the issue remotely or arrange a site visit if necessary. Alternatively you can contact CommBox Support direct and lodge a case with our Australian based support team.
