If the touch is out of synch on your touchscreen, it is not recommended you attempt to re-calibrate it yourself. Instead you can perform these simple checks.
- Check the connected laptop or device is outputting 16:9 display ratio
- Check the touch cable is connected to the correct input
- Check the touch cable being used is not damaged by testing the touch with a different cable
