Learn how to fix the “No Signal” message on your CommBox Atom screen when an input source isn’t showing up.
Applies to: CommBox Atom 65", 75", 86"
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Make sure your device (e.g. laptop or document camera) is turned on.
2. Check that your HDMI or USB-C cable is plugged in securely at both ends.
3. Use the Sidebar Menu or remote control to select the correct input source.
4. Try a different port if you’re unsure (e.g. HDMI1 instead of HDMI2).
5. Restart both the connected device and the screen.
💡 Tip: If using HDMI and a USB touch cable, ensure both are connected for full functionality.
