What to do if audio isn’t working on your CommBox Atom
Troubleshoot audio issues like no sound, low volume or incorrect output settings on your CommBox Atom screen.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Use the remote control or side panel buttons to raise the volume.
2. Check if the screen is muted (toggle the Mute button on the remote).
3. Tap the Sidebar Menu > Inputs > Source Settings > Audio Settings.
4. Adjust volume, balance, bass, and treble levels.
5. If using an external source (like a laptop), make sure it’s set to output audio via HDMI or USB-C.
💡 Tip: If using external speakers, ensure they're connected to the correct output (Audio Out or SPDIF).
