    • Launch the software once installation is complete.

  3. Detect the LED Screen in LED Studio

    • From the Sending Card list, select the LED screen.

    • If the screen doesn’t appear, unplug the LAN cable from the “To PC” port and reconnect it to the Network port on the LED screen.

  4. Access Admin Mode

    • Click the admin icon (top-right corner beside the settings gear).

    • Enter the password: ledcontrol

    • On the right-hand tab, click “Connect”

    • Confirm that the Device status shows "Connected" (not “Standby”).

  5. Manual Calibration Data Readback

    • Navigate to the “Correct” tab in LED Studio.

    • Ensure “Correct” is ON and “ByPass” is OFF

    • Click “Reload” – this forces the system to manually read the calibration data from the modules.

  6. Save Calibration

    • Once the screen looks uniform and colours appear correct, click “Save” to store calibration data on the device.

  7. Power Cycle the System

    • Turn off the screen and unplug it from the GPO (power socket).

    • Wait for 20 minutes

    • Plug it back in and power it on.

    • The screen should automatically load the saved calibration data and display normally.

  8. Repeat if Necessary

    • If the display still doesn’t appear normal, repeat the entire process up to 2 more times.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

  • Device not appearing in LED Studio:

    • Try switching the LAN connection between the “To PC” port and the Network port.

  • LED screen stuck in Standby:

    • Check physical network connection and ensure the LED screen is powered on.

  • No visual improvement after reload:

    • Retry the Reload and Save steps. Try the full process up to 3 times.

  • If still unresolved, log a ticket on the Support Portal.
