How to use Whiteboard on CommBox Interactive Neo

Turn the screen into a digital whiteboard for clear writing, brainstorming, and step-by-step teaching.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Press the Function/menu button on the front of the screen to open the features menu. 

Step 2

Select Whiteboard to open the canvas. 

Step 3

Write and draw using your finger or the double-ended stylus. 

Step 4

Use Pen, Clean, Background, Save, and Exit in the whiteboard toolbar. 

💡 Tip: Whiteboard keeps ideas visual, so learners stay focused and outcomes are clearer.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

  • If touch doesn’t respond on the home screen, restart the Neo and check if a lock message appears (screen may be locked). 

  • If writing is inaccurate, reduce infrared interference and update firmware if needed. 

Feature not available in Secure firmware versions.
