What the Remote Can Do
With the CommBox remote control, you can:

Special Function Keys

These keys only work when using a connected Windows OPS PC and mirror common keyboard shortcuts. -
Green / Yellow / Red / Blue buttons
These are used for quick functions like accessing settings or tools depending on the screen’s current input or app.
💡 Tip: If you're not using an OPS PC, Windows-specific buttons will not have any effect.
Using the Remote Effectively

Point the remote at the infrared sensor on the bottom-left of the CommBox bezel.

Keep the remote within 5 metres and avoid obstructions like furniture or whiteboard accessories.
Battery Information

Uses 2 x AAA batteries (included in the box)

Replace if the remote becomes unresponsive

Store batteries safely and remove them if the remote won’t be used for long periods

Check if the screen is powered on via the main switch at the back

Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly and not flat
