Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

On your CommBox screen, open the CommBox Connect Powered by Eshare app.

Tap the Moderator Control Center—this is always available and does not need to be turned on.

Step 3

Configure how users are allowed to share and interact with the screen.

    • All allowed – Any device can share without approval

    • Needs authorisation – You must approve each request

    • Disable – Prevents all devices from sharing

  • View, Control & Wireless Annotation

    • All allowed – Full control and annotation access

    • View only – Can see the screen but can’t control or annotate

    • Needs authorisation – Each control/annotation action requires your approval

    • Disable – Blocks all interaction

  • Floating Moderator Button

    • Auto – Shows only when devices are connected

    • Always show – Visible at all times

    • Disable – Hides the button completely

    • Only on home screen – Visible only when on the main Eshare screen

💡 Tip: These settings help maintain classroom or meeting flow without unexpected interruptions or distractions.

Step 4

During a session, use the Moderator Control Center to:

  • Stop sharing from a connected device

  • Disable TV Mirroring (mirroring CommBox screen to user device)

  • Disconnect individual users from the session
