How to use CommBox AutoFill to sign in on your CommBox screen

Use AutoFill to sign in faster on the screen while keeping credentials private in shared spaces.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log in to your CommBox account on the screen

Sign in to your CommBox account first. AutoFill works with your account. 

Step 2: Open the saved app or website

Open the app you saved a login for, or open CommBox Browser and go to the saved login page.

Step 3: Tap the username field

Tap inside the username field to bring up the on-screen keyboard. 

Step 4: Unlock CommBox AutoFill

On the keyboard, tap Unlock CommBox AutoFill. 

Step 5: Enter your Vault PIN

Enter the 6-digit PIN you created for your Vault. 

Step 6: Fill the username

Tap your saved username at the top of the keyboard to fill it. 

Step 7: Fill the password and sign in

Tap the password field, then tap your saved password at the top of the keyboard. Tap Next or Sign in. 

💡 Tip: This keeps logins discreet on a big screen, which is ideal in classrooms and meeting rooms. 

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

  • If you don’t see Unlock CommBox AutoFill, confirm AutoFill is enabled in CommBox Experience and you’re on the supported login page. 

  • If MFA is enabled, complete MFA as normal after AutoFill fills your credentials.
