Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open Ask AI
You can open Ask AI from the screen by opening the Side menu, then the Launcher, then tapping Ask AI.
Step 2: Ask a question by typing
Tap in the text box, type your question, then tap the send icon.
Example prompts:
- Explain Newton’s First Law in simple terms for Year 7
- Translate this paragraph into Spanish
- Give three discussion questions about this topic
Step 3: Use the response
Read the answer on screen. You can scroll through longer responses, then copy, share or insert the result into Whiteboard.
💡 Tip: Ask AI is a fast way to explain a topic clearly without stopping the flow of the lesson or meeting.
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work
If Ask AI opens but does not respond:
- Check the internet connection
- Close and reopen the app
- Note any error message and log a ticket on the Support Portal at Knowledge Base if needed
