How to turn on CommBox Interactive Neo and put it in standby

Power the screen on confidently and use standby to save energy between sessions.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Turn on the main AC switch near the power inlet (behind the right speaker area on the lower rear). 

Step 2

Press the Power button on the front of the screen to wake it.

To put the Neo into standby, quick press the Power button on the front of the screen or the remote. 

Step 4

To fully power down when needed, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds.

💡 Tip: Standby supports quicker start-up and helps keep the room running smoothly.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

  • If the status light isn’t on, check the power cable and ensure the AC switch is in the I (On) position.

  • If the screen is blank with a red light, press Power to wake it.
