How to take a screenshot on CommBox Interactive Neo

Capture what’s on screen instantly, so notes and outcomes are saved and shared easily.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Press the Function/menu button on the front of the screen.

Step 2

Select Screenshot to capture the current screen. 

Step 3

Confirm the screenshot saves as a temporary file on the device.

Step 4

Alternative method: press and hold the Annotate button on the front of the screen to take a screenshot.

💡 Tip: Screenshots make it easy to keep evidence of learning, meeting decisions, or mark-ups.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

  • If nothing happens, make sure you are using the correct front control button (Annotate long-press). 

  • Restart the Neo if the on-screen tools do not open normally.
