Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Open Settings on the Neo.
Step 2
Go to Start up and Shut down options.
Step 3
Set the behaviours that match your site:

No Operation power off / standby

No Signal power off / standby

Sleep timer
-
Standby after startup
Step 4
Open Power scheduling and add Boot / Off tasks for the times your rooms run.
💡 Tip: Scheduling supports consistent start-of-day readiness and reduces unnecessary runtime.
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

If the Neo turns off unexpectedly, review the power off timer and no-signal settings.

If a control system is connected via RS232, disconnect it to confirm it is not sending power commands.
