How to reset your CommBox AutoFill Vault if you forget your PIN
Reset your Vault when the PIN is lost, so you can regain access and set a new PIN.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Understand what a Vault reset does
A Vault reset erases all saved passwords and they cannot be recovered. Make sure you still know the passwords or have them stored elsewhere.
Step 2: Go to CommBox AutoFill on your computer
Open the CommBox AutoFill portal where your Vault is managed.
Step 3: Reset the Vault
Follow the Vault reset option provided in the portal when you can’t access your PIN. (The guide confirms a reset is required if the PIN is forgotten.)
Step 4: Create a new Vault PIN
After reset, set a new 6-digit PIN and begin adding logins again.
