How to remotely log out from your CommBox OS account on a CommBox Classic

Learn how to log out of your CommBox OS Account remotely using the CommBox Exp.

Sometimes you might leave the room and forget to log out. If you are worried that the session still has a while to go you can remotely logout from commboxexp.com

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Open your web browser and go to commboxexp.com

Step 2

Go to Login to Portal

Step 3

Choose Microsoft or Google to sign into CommBox Exp

Step 4

You will be re-directed to show Your Live Sessions 

Step 5

Under the Action column colum select - Logout

What Happens When You Remotely Log Out

  • You are CommBox OS Account is logged out

  • All open apps are closed and app data removed

  •  Storage folders are purged.

  • Cloud drives and browser sessions are cleared.

  • Whiteboard content is saved to OneDrive or Google Drive and then removed from the screen so no other users can see it. 

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work
  1. Your live session will not appear in the list if someone who has walked into the room already and they have logged you out.
