Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Use the CommBox Connect App

Ensure your Windows device and CommBox screen are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Open the CommBox Connect app on your screen and ensure it's running in the foreground.
- Open the CommBox Connect app on your personal device
- Enter the device code and use quick connection to find the CommBox screen in your room.
- Share your screen
💡 Tip: Avoid guest or public Wi-Fi networks—they often block device discovery.
Step 2: Use Miracast - Windows + K

On your CommBox screen, tap CommBox Connect.

Go to Menu > Settings

Ensure Miracast is turned on under supported protocols.

Press
Windows + K
on your keyboard -
A list of available devices will appear

Select your CommBox screen from the list
💡 Tip: Once connected, your CommBox will act as a second screen. Use Windows + P
to switch between Duplicate, Extend, or Second Screen Only modes.
