Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Wait up to 30 seconds to allow the Neo to finish waking and showing the image.
Step 2
Disconnect any cables connected to the Neo’s HDMI Out port (if used), then check if the picture returns.
Step 3
Restart the Neo.
