How to fix Ask AI voice input issues on CommBox AI

Learn what to check when Ask AI cannot hear you or does not transcribe your voice correctly.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Check the microphone

Make sure the microphone on the screen or connected sound system is not muted.

If using the AI Pen, make sure you are holding the Voice key when saying your command.

Step 2: Move closer to the screen

If using the microphone array, speak clearly and stay close enough for the microphone to pick up your voice well.

Step 3: Reduce background noise

Lower room noise where possible. Loud chatter, fans and other sounds can affect voice recognition.

Step 4: Test by typing

Type your question into Ask AI. If typed questions work, the issue is likely related to voice input rather than the whole AI service.

💡 Tip: Typing is a quick fallback that keeps your lesson or meeting moving while you work through the voice issue.
