How to export a Video Pilot summary or subtitles on CommBox AI

Learn how to export a summary or subtitle file from Video Pilot so you can save or share the results.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Finish the video analysis

Run the Video Pilot analysis and wait until the transcript and summary are created.

Step 2: Open the export settings

Tap the Cog in the bottom right-hand corner.

Step 3: Choose what to export

Select either:

  • Original Subtitles
  • Summary of the video

Step 4: Save the file

Choose where to save the file and give it a name.

💡 Tip: Exporting makes it easy to share structured notes or subtitles after the session.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work
If export does not complete:

  • Make sure the summary and transcript have finished generating
  • Confirm your save location is available
  • Reconnect USB storage if needed
  • Restart Video Pilot and try again
