How to create a CSV file for the Rewards app

Learn how to create a correctly formatted CSV file so you can upload names to the CommBox Rewards app

Applies To

  • Classic V3 / V3X
  • Classic S4
  • Classic S5
  • Atom

Step 1: Download the example .csv name file here

Launch this names.csv file in a suitable program such as Excel

Step 2: Edit names

Edit only in the first column, you can add additional names further down the column

Step 3: Save the file

  • Click File > Save As

  • Choose CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)

Step 4: Copy the "names.csv" file to a USB drive

Step 5: Launch the rewards app

  • From the side menu buttons > launcher, or All Apps list
  • Launch the "Rewards app"

Step 6: Import to the Rewards app

Click on the import button

Locate the .csv file on your USB drive or local storage.

Select the .csv file and tap on "ok"



Added names will appear in a new Table
