How to connect CommBox Interactive Neo to Ethernet and set network options

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Plug an Ethernet (LAN/RJ45) cable into the Neo’s LAN port and into your network point or switch.
Step 2
Open Settings on the Neo.
Step 3
Go to Network and toggle Ethernet on if needed.
Step 4
Choose:

Obtain IP automatically (recommended for most schools and offices), or

Set an IP address manually if your IT team requires it.
Step 5
Set Proxy details only if your network uses a proxy.
💡 Tip: A wired connection improves reliability for screen sharing and reduces drop-outs.
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work
