Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work
-
If video doesn’t appear, switch to a different input and then back to USB-C.
-
If the laptop doesn’t display via USB-C, the laptop may not support DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C. Try HDMI instead.
-
If touch doesn’t work, try a different USB-C cable that supports high-speed data.
