Applies to: CommBox Interactive Neo (CBIN65, CBIN75, CBIN86)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Plug one end of a USB-C cable into your laptop and the other end into the USB-C port on the Neo (rear inputs).

Step 2

Turn the Neo on using the Power button on the front of the screen or the remote.

Step 3

Press the Input button on the front of the screen (or the Input button on the remote), then select USB-C

Step 4

Confirm you have touch control on your laptop screen content. You can now write, pinch-to-zoom, and interact naturally.

💡 Tip: USB-C keeps the setup clean and reduces cable clutter at the front of the room.

Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

  • If video doesn’t appear, switch to a different input and then back to USB-C.

  • If the laptop doesn’t display via USB-C, the laptop may not support DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C. Try HDMI instead.

  • If touch doesn’t work, try a different USB-C cable that supports high-speed data.
