Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open System Settings
- Press MENU on the remote
- Navigate to System Settings and press OK
Step 2: Set the Display Language
- Go to Language Settings
- Select your preferred language and press OK
Step 3: Rotate the Screen (If Needed)
- Go to Rotate Menus
- Choose your orientation: 0° (landscape), 90°, 180°, or 270° (portrait)
- This ensures menus appear correctly when the screen is mounted vertically
Step 4: Adjust Menu Transparency (Optional)
- Go to Menu Transparency
- Adjust the level to make the settings menu easier to read against your content
Step 5: Enable Signal Auto Jump (Optional)
- Go to Signal Auto Jump and toggle it on
- The screen will automatically switch input when it detects a new device
Step 6: Configure HDMI Settings (Optional)
- Go to HDMI Settings to adjust:
- CEC — lets compatible devices control each other (e.g. your laptop can power on the screen)
- EDID modes
- Video range
Step 7: Set Screen Protection
- Go to Screen Protection
- Configure screen refresh or idle behaviour to prevent image retention over long use
💡 Tip: CEC is really useful in meeting rooms — when enabled, turning on your laptop can automatically power on the screen. Check your device's settings to see if it supports HDMI CEC.
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn't Work
- Menus appear sideways — go to System Settings > Rotate Menus and select the correct orientation
- Screen not auto-switching when a device is plugged in — check that Signal Auto Jump is turned on
