How to change your CommBox AutoFill PIN
Change your PIN to keep your Vault secure and protect logins in shared spaces.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open CommBox AutoFill on your computer
Go to the CommBox AutoFill portal area where your Vault is managed.
Step 2: Select Change PIN
Click Change Pin at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Set your new PIN
Enter the new PIN and save the change.
💡 Tip: A refreshed PIN helps if the old one is shared too widely across staff.
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn’t Work

If you’re prompted for the current PIN, enter it again. AutoFill asks every 5 minutes as a security feature.

If you forget the PIN, you need to reset your Vault (saved passwords are erased and can’t be recovered).
