Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open Image Settings
- Press MENU on the remote
- Navigate to Image Settings and press OK
Step 2: Choose an Image Mode
- Standard — balanced for most rooms
- Soft Mode — reduced brightness for comfortable viewing
- Eye Protection Mode — warmer tones to reduce eye strain
- Vivid Mode — enhanced colours, great for presentations
- Custom — set your own preferences
💡 Tip: Eye Protection Mode is a great choice for classrooms or long meetings — it reduces glare and uses warmer tones that are easier on the eyes.
Step 3: Fine-Tune in Custom Mode (Optional)
- Adjust Brightness, Contrast, Hue, Saturation, Sharpness, and Colour Temperature
Step 4: Access Advanced Image Settings (Optional)
- Scroll to Advanced Image Mode to access:
- Aspect ratio
- Dynamic backlight
- Scanning
- Noise reduction
- Gamma
- HDR mode
- Ambient light sensor
- Reset video settings
Step 5: Save and Exit
- Press MENU to exit — your changes are saved automatically
Troubleshooting / What to Do If It Doesn't Work
- Screen too bright or dark — go to Image Settings > Custom and adjust the Brightness slider
- Colours look washed out — try Standard mode or adjust Saturation in Custom mode
- Image stretched or wrong shape — go to Advanced Image Mode > Aspect Ratio and select 16:9
- Want to start fresh — go to Advanced Image Mode > Reset Video Settings
