However, there may be situations where you need to disable HDMI-CEC on your CommBox Panel. Follow the steps below to disable HDMI-CEC:
Step 1
Make sure your display is set to the correct HDMI source (e.g. HDMI 1) that your device is connected to.

Using the remote, press the Menu button to open the CommBox settings menu.
